Julie and the Phantoms is a cheery, feel-good production with catchy music and just the perfect amount of ghost comedy that makes a great debut for rookie Madison Reyes.
The series received “generally favorable reviews,” according to Metacritic, which gave it a weighted average score of 77 out of 100 based on 7 reviews.
