1:The Story of Lion and Mouse:

 Short Hindi Story with Moral Once upon a time, a lion was sleeping in the jungle and at that time, a mouse started jumping and playing on his body for his entertainment. This disturbed the lion’s sleep and he woke up, also getting angry.

When the mouse was about to be eaten, he requested the lion to set him free and he promised to come to the lion’s aid whenever he needed it. The lion laughed at the mouse’s courage and let him go.

After a few months, one day some hunters came to the jungle to hunt and they trapped the lion in their net. They also tied him to a tree. The troubled lion tried hard to free himself, but could not do anything. Meanwhile, his roar was heard far away. A mouse was passing by, and when he heard the lion’s roar, he realized that the lion was in trouble. In response, the magical tree did not give the elder brother any apples. Instead, it showered him with hundreds of needles. The elder brother fell to the ground in pain.

As the day started to turn into night, the younger brother became worried about his elder brother and went to look for him. He found his brother lying on the ground with hundreds of needles piercing his body. The younger brother felt pity for his elder brother and started to remove each needle with love and care.

The elder brother watched as his younger brother helped him and felt remorseful for his actions. He asked for forgiveness and promised to become a better person. The magical tree witnessed the change in the elder brother’s heart and gave him all the golden apples he had promised.

4 Story of the Woodcutter and the Golden Axe:

Once upon a time, there was a woodcutter who lived near a forest. He collected wood from the forest and sold it in the nearby market for some money.

One day, while cutting a tree, he accidentally dropped his golden axe into a nearby river. The river was deep, and he could not find the axe despite his attempts. Disappointed, he sat by the riverbank and started to cry.

The river god heard his cries and came to him. The woodcutter told the river god about his lost axe. The river god was moved by his honesty and sincerity and offered to help him.

Next, the elephant went to a frog living in the pond and asked the same question. The frog replied, “You are too heavy to jump as high as I can, so I cannot be your friend.” Now the elephant was really sad because despite all his efforts, he couldn’t make any friends.

One day, all the animals were running here and there in the jungle. Seeing this, the elephant asked a running bear what was causing this commotion. He placed them in three separate bowls.

Then, he asked John to feel the texture of each item and directed him to fill each bowl with water. John did as he was told. His father then boiled all three bowls.

John saw that the potato had become soft and its skin was peeling off easily, the egg had become hard and unyielding, and the coffee beans had completely changed and filled the water with aroma and flavor.

A long time ago, a king deliberately placed a large boulder in the middle of the road. He hid in a nearby bush to see who would remove the boulder from the road.
